What You'll Do As the on-site Superintendent, you'll play an key role in keeping the property running smoothly and ensuring residents have a clean, safe, and well-maintained place to call home.

Your responsibilities will include

- Responding to resident maintenance requests and completing general repairs - Troubleshooting and performing basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting,
