What You’ll Do: Oversee daily maintenance and housekeeping operations across the community Respond to maintenance requests and building emergencies promptly Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems Perform preventative maintenance and ensure proper documentation Ensure cleanliness, safety and strong first impressions across all areas Support resident move-ins, room readiness and turnover processes Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety and risk management standards Maintain life safety systems,
