- Drive environmental sustainability initiatives
- Participate in training and mentoring of the team At least 3 years in maintenance services, preferably with seniors
- Experience leading a team is an asset; Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Certification in facility management or related trade
