The Maintenance Operator will perform general maintenance at the property, in HVAC, building operations, lights/tubes and ballast maintenance, light lenses, ceiling tiles, systems furniture, plumbing maintenance, snow removal and electrical/mechanical maintenance.

This position will champion the JLL Culture of Communication, Collaboration and Trust while performing the following duties:

- Respond to tenant and user service calls and complaints as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Change lights, tubes, and lenses as well as clean light fixtures.
- Provide assistance as directed to other building operations staff in the areas of preventative maintenance, electrical maintenance, etc.
- Provide maintenance services in the area of plumbing, i.e. fixtures, taps, washers, flush valves, etc.




- Provide handyman services in the area of general repairs such as flooring, touch-up painting, locks and hardware, ceiling tiles, etc.
- Perform routine inspection and maintain records on HVAC equipment.
- Perform water treatment testing and analysis, adjust and modify chemical feed to ensure proper levels are being maintained.
- Act as relief for other similar positions whose incumbent may be absent from time-to-time.
- Complete custodial housekeeping tasks in the mechanical/electrical areas
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned from time-to-time
