Responsible for all drywall, patch and paint work in suites and common areas as needed Use all use of all cleaning equipment, products, and materials correctly and safely Follow up on special maintenance and/or cleaning assignments given by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Operations Manager Maintain accurate yearly schedules for all equipment on property as well as coordinating yearly inspections of all appliances Report immediately any safety hazards, maintenance defects, or other problems to the Operations Manager Assist in moving of furniture, delivery and pick up of special request items, carpet cleaning, Shaw technical issues Be security conscious on guest floors, occupied suites, and back off the house areas Travel between multiple sites to complete maintenance repairs may be required, and will necessitate the use of your personal vehicle High school diploma ~2+ years of residential or commercial painting ~ Relevant trade, technical certification is an asset ~ Maintenance experience in residential or hotel properties ~ Basic computer skills ~ Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, grooming and attire (Level’s polo shirt must always be worn- no jeans allowed) Founded on more than 35 years of collective professional experience,
