APHL Inc is based in Charlottetown and provides Enterprise Management to non-profit housing, CMHC-managed residential properties, senior housing, and housing cooperatives. We have an opportunity available on our team for a Temporary Full time Repairs & Maintenance Technician based in Charlottetown, PEI. Starting wage is $25/hour and normal hours are 8:30-4:30, Monday to Friday.

The successful person-candidate: Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean drivers abstract and access to a reliable vehicle at all times, Must have their own tools, has excellent attention to detail, and be able to do repetitive work tasks, Must have proven experience or skills pertaining to residential repairs, painting, and carpentry, Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs on a as needed basis, Must be well organized on the job, great with people, and able to switch from job to job as your daily work flow changes. Must have experience with smartphone technology, and able to work with a team and also to work alone. As APHL works with a segment of the population that is classified as vulnerable,



we will require that all potential candidates will have to submit a “clean” criminal background check, prior to employment being offered.
