- Develop a thorough understanding of acquired companies and create customized, effective, and productive transition plans
- Transform diligence-phase forecasts into budgets following PC chart of accounts and accounting methodologies for input into PC’s ERP
- Work across finance and payroll teams to integrate payroll and benefits, banking, AP, and revenue tracking
- Perform financial reporting during the integration period, including variance analysis, quarterly forecasts, and annual budget updates
- Calculate post-close transaction payments, including earnouts and working capital audits or analyses
- Manage and/or execute onboarding workstreams across IT, HR, Enablement, Legal & Compliance, Facilities, and other areas
- Prepare and/or deliver integration project progress updates to acquired-organization principals and internal stakeholders
- Keep the project management system up to date for assigned projects
- Contribute to a positive experience for principals and employees of acquired organizations, including resolving ad hoc challenges and obstacles
- Identify and surface process-improvement opportunities across integration

- Strong interpersonal skills to solve problems / find solutions effectively

persuade, and establish trust with stakeholders across the organization
- 3-5 years experience in accounting and finance roles of increasing responsibility, preferably in financial planning and analysis
- Completion or near completion of a CPA designation is required
- Experience in financial due diligence, transaction advisory / M&A; experience an asset
- French language proficiency would be an asset
