We are seeking a energetic and energetic Manager to lead our retail team with enthusiasm and strategic insight. As a Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, drive sales growth, and foster a positive, productive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

1. Planning, organizing, and evaluating the day to day operations of the salon.
2. Establishing and implementing operational policies, service standards, and staff procedures.
3. Overseeing and responding to customer inquires and resolving client complaints.
4. Planning and managing the salon budget , revenue goals, and operating expenses.
5. Monitoring and controlling inventory of beauty products, tools and supplies.
6. Developing and managing marketing, promotions, and advertising strategies to grow customers.
7. Ensuring compliance with health, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
8. Maintaining records related to sales, staffing,



and operational performance.
9. Evaluating and improving service quality to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of retail sales processes including merchandising, pricing, POS systems, and purchasing.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to handle customer disputes professionally.
- Experience in budgeting and sales management.
- Demonstrated leadership with exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as bookkeeping, math skills for cash handling, and organizational skills for store operations.
