Your role will involve producing detailed financial reports, analyzing results, and guiding management with clear insights and recommendations. Work with cross-functional teams to enhance financial reporting and planning efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide variance analysis for monthly results
- Create comprehensive financial reports for leadership
- Support Management with strategic financial insights
- Lead sales commission and performance reporting processes
- Coordinate the budgeting cycle across business units Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related fields
- Minimum 5 years in FP&A; and financial analysis
- Bilingual communication skills required
- Advanced skills in Excel and reporting tools
