Job Type: Permanent Full-time, Non-Union Salary Range: $111,689.64 to $149,698.47 per year The Opportunity Under the general guidance and direction of the Director of Legislative and Court Services, the Manager of Enforcement Services is responsible for the leadership, administration, and operation of Enforcement Services, including by-law enforcement, licensing, animal control, property standards, encampment response, and related regulatory programs. This position provides oversight of service delivery, staff, budgets, policies, procedures, and enforcement activities, and is accountable for the preparation of reports and recommendations for Council and Committees. Additionally, the position ensures enforcement services are delivered in accordance with applicable legislation, municipal by-laws, and Council direction.

Overall, this position plays an integral role in providing leadership and oversight of municipal enforcement services, ensuring the effective administration of regulatory programs in support of a safe, orderly, and sustainable community.

year University Degree in Law Enforcement Related and/or Business Administration and Accounting related Don’t meet the credentials as outlined but have years of directly related experience?
