We are currently seeking Manufacturing Technicians to join our Red Deer Manufacturing team. These positions are responsible for assembling, installing, and troubleshooting industrial equipment and engine packages while supporting production goals through quality workmanship, technical expertise, and teamwork.

What you'll be doing

- Assemble engine packages, hydraulic systems, pumps, and gensets
- Install and plumb hydraulic, fuel, coolant, and pneumatic systems
- Build and install engine and genset control systems
- Troubleshoot engines, generators, compressors, and related equipment
- Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and technical documentation
- Complete service documentation, quality records, and timesheets




- Support shop productivity and manufacturing workflow

What you bring

Required

- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Assets

- Journeyperson certification (HET, Millwright, Automotive, Electrician, or equivalent)
- 3rd or 4th Year Apprentices may also be considered
- Experience with generators, engine packages, or industrial equipment
- Understanding of Tier 4 Final equipment
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience

Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Experience:
- Mechanical assembly: 2 years (preferred)
- Schematics: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
