Duties
- Conduct structured telephone interviews and market research surveys
- Collect, validate, and analyze research data to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Engage professionally with global industry experts and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality research projects on schedule
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing research findings, including actionable recommendations for marketing campaigns or product positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into effective marketing strategies that enhance brand positioning and customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of data collection processes, analysis procedures, and research outcomes to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Skills
- Excellent data collection skills from various sources including surveys, databases, and web analytics platforms.
- Working knowledge of Excel and Advanced Excel is highly desirable
- Graduation mandatory

- Onsite role at Downtown Toronto
- Hours: Eight-hour shifts scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST
- Employment: Full time
