Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
- 10 years of product development experience in a manufacturing workplace
- Ability to identify, select, and collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Skills in planning, monitoring, and coordinating technical projects
- Ability to meet deadlines and stay within budget
- Creative and resourceful mindset
- Ability to work in an Agile and collaborative environment
- Good knowledge of computerized environments and design software, particularly SolidWorks
- Experience with finite element analysis (an asset)
- Knowledge of plastics processing techniques (an asset)
- Advanced proficiency in French and English
