Develop, manage, motivate and coach staff to fulfill departmental performance goals while also encouraging employee growth and engagement Lead / assist continuous improvement activities relating to collections that drive improved timeliness, accuracy,



compliance and discipline Support team with conflict resolution on aging accounts and help formulate collection strategies Assist with establishing targets for key metrics and effectively support the team to meet or exceed these targets Develop business relationships with internal and external customers to secure their support in minimizing financial risks and facilitate dispute resolution Monitor collections performance according to quality and productivity standards 3+ years’ experience working in a collections setting managing a group of 10+ employees ~ Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint ~ Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

Position Type: Management Job Status: Regular - Full Time For work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
