Core Responsibilities
Maintenance &
- Troubleshooting
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial manufacturing equipment
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Complete maintenance work orders accurately and efficiently
Mechanical &
- Technical Work
- Perform welding, fabrication, and machining as required
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Service and maintain robotic welding and automated equipment
Safety &
- Compliance
- Follow all safety procedures and plant maintenance standards
- Ensure equipment is maintained in compliance with operational and safety requirements
What They’re Looking For
- Valid 433A Industrial Millwright License
- Grade 12 diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (automotive preferred)
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team
