- Participate in health and safety programs
- Empower employees to achieve operational targets
- Optimize drilling, blasting, and loading functions
- Administer collective agreements and regulations
- Collaborate with supervisors and engineers for mining activities Requirements:
- Valid Open Pit Shift Boss certificate
- Minimum three years in open pit mining leadership
- Knowledge of BC health and safety regulations
- Familiarity with Wenco Dispatch system preferred
