You will develop and oversee maintenance strategies for surface and underground equipment to maximize availability and reliability, while ensuring secure, efficient, and budget-conscious operations.
You will drive safety, coordinate with operations, manage budgets and CMMS, and mentor a team of supervisors, mechanics, and support staff to meet production goals
