- Demonstrated experience operating a jackleg drill in a production or development environment
- Strong understanding of conventional mining methods
- Experience installing ground support systems
- Knowledge of underground mining safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work safely in a physically demanding underground environment
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
