- Manage the People & Culture programs for Montréal
- Provide coaching for staff on engagement strategies
- Direct recruitment and onboarding processes
- Partner with operations for smooth service delivery
- Coach leaders on performance management policies Requirements:
- At least 8 years of HR experience at a manager level
- Fully fluent in French and English
- Degree in pertinent field such as HR
- Strong understanding of Québec laws
