After being assigned a territory, it will be your mission to grow ATB’s mortgage business in that market. You will meet with clients, realtors and builders with the goal to make ATB the financial provider of choice in the minds of Albertans. Hybrid (1 day in office per week on average).
This schedule is flexible and subject to change based on business and operational needs. As ATB’s next Mortgage Specialist, you will:
Grow ATB’s mortgage business based upon client needs and business objectives. Develop and maintain productive business relations with stakeholders in the home industry, including Realtors, Builders and Centers of Influence.
Work in a collaborative manner within the Mortgage Development Sales team to ensure prompt and attentive service to every client. Prepare quality applications for credit and recommend approval of mortgage applications. Strong knowledge of mortgage products Proven ability to build & maintain robust networks and relationships with people in the mortgage industry We encourage candidates from all work backgrounds, equity-seeking communities and experience levels to apply.
