Esthetician or Nail Tech students! Start your career in the right place.

We provide training and apprenticeship opportunities for new students entering the industry. We also welcome applications from students currently attending beauty school who are looking to gain valuable hands-on experience and build their career.

Responsibilities

As an Almond Pro, you will:

- Perform professional manicures, pedicures, and artificial nail services
- Deliver an exceptional and memorable client experience
- Recommend and sell appropriate products and services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional nail bar environment
- Complete daily side work, including dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory, disinfecting, and restocking
- Follow Almond's standards for sanitation, cleanliness, and client service
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and professional environment

Qualifications We are looking for Pros who have:
- A current and valid Esthetics License for Manitoba
- A passion for the beauty industry and nail services
- A desire to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude, great energy, and professional approach
- Drive and motivation to learn and grow
- The ability to work independently while being a robust team player
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous nail salon experience is an asset
