Both strategic and tactical, we help organizations across a wide range of industries thrive in today’s rapidly evolving world.## Our promiseHelp our clients succeed and maximize the impact of their transformation initiatives, turning them into powerful drivers of growth and innovation.## Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have : • Translate functional and non-functional needs into detailed organic architectures; • Design robust, scalable, secure application architectures aligned with technological orientations; • Define .NET standards, design patterns, development standards, and best practices; • Implement integration mechanisms between systems, including APIs, services, events, messages and automated processing; • Ensure consistency between organic, solution, and enterprise architectures; • Develop application components and integrations under his/her responsibility; • Participate in the implementation of the required infrastructure and cloud computing components; • Collaborate with analysts, developers, infrastructure and security specialists as well as business sectors; • Contribute to design, architecture, and code reviews; • Perform technical impact analyses, effort estimates and risk assessments; • Support continuous improvement of DevOps, CI/CD, and software quality practices; • Support testing, deployment and release activities; • Ensure knowledge transfer to stakeholders; • Produce architecture documentation,



technical diagrams, interface documentation, and technology recommendations; • Deliver documented application components, functional integration services, and automated deployment scripts; • Prepare technical construction plans, progress reports and operational support documentation. The profile you are looking for is as follows: • Hold a bachelor's, DEC or AEC in computer science or a relevant discipline; • Have a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in software development; • Have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience with Microsoft .NET technologies; • Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in organic architecture; • Demonstrate significant experience in designing and implementing complex application integrations; • Experience in projects involving multiple teams, systems, or technology partners; • Evolve in contexts of digital transformation or application modernization; • Master software development, application architecture and integration mechanisms; • Be familiar with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies and Azure DevOps practices; • Apply application security principles and best practices; • Use architectural modeling methods and tools; • Understand enterprise, application, informational and technology architecture practices; • Master the issues related to integration, interoperability and evolution of systems; • Demonstrate the ability to design architectures that meet business needs and technological directions; • Demonstrate autonomy, initiative and a solid focus on results; • Develop excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; • Provide mobilizing technical leadership and foster collaboration; • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders; • Knowledge of the financial or investment industry (an asset); • Experience in a public organization (an asset); • Understand technology governance principles (an asset).
