- Support onboarding and training for Independent Operators
- Coach sales fundamentals and operational excellence
- Analyze store visit notes to identify improvements
- Monitor route health and compliance
- Collaborate on route engineering initiatives Requirements:
- 1-3 years’ sales experience in CPG or DSD
- Robust coaching and training skills
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
