Ltd is growing and has a new opportunity for a New Business Advisor, Personal Lines Insurance to join the team at our office in Charlottetown, PE. In this role, you will represent the Westland brand and values while delivering exceptional insurance service and trusted advice to our clients.

Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $41,440 to $51,800 based on a 35-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity. Westland also offers a competitive commission for this role.

As a New Business Advisor, Personal Lines Insurance, your primary focus will be identifying sales opportunities, recommending appropriate personal lines insurance solutions, and closing new business. You’ll leverage your insurance knowledge and strong sales skills to assess clients’ home, auto, and lifestyle insurance needs while contributing to Westland’s growth and success. Ability to identify opportunities and recommend solutions that meet client needs and business goals

High attention to detail, strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients across multiple channels

Organized, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities effectively

Level 1 General Insurance License (with commitment to obtain Level 2 within the first year) and at least one year of insurance experience
