As a key member of the Quality Control team, the Technical Records Administrator will be responsible for auditing technical documents of work completed by staff for accuracy, completeness, neatness and compliance following guidelines provided by Canadian and foreign Aviation Regulations and the MPM. Ensure scheduled tasks are in compliance with the work set out by planning Sort and review journey and technical logbook pages for Voyageur Aerotech managed aircraft. Transcribe technical logbook entries for Major Components, Engines, APUs and Propellers.

Investigate and ensure corrections to discrepant paperwork by communication with Project Managers. Investigate and ensure corrections to rotable component discrepancies with Quality Manager and Project Managers. Audit technical records of customer aircraft for compliance to manufacturer and regulatory requirements.

Print work order control reports and future maintenance forecasts to be provided to the Project Managers. Facilitate the delivery of aircraft records to customers. High school diploma required. Post-secondary education in Office Administration or a related field is considered an asset.

Minimum 1 year of administrative experience. Computer proficiency with Office 365 and quick to learn new technology (i.e., be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident of Canada, or possess a valid work permit) and provide a clear Criminal Background Check.
