K3 Seeds is looking for a dedicated Night Shift Seed Plant Operator in Iron Springs, Alberta. Take on essential tasks in equipment operation and maintenance while serving agricultural clients. This role requires expertise in seed handling, grain processing, and equipment management. As a Seed Plant Operator, you'll work independently ensuring machinery settings are optimized.

Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading, interacting with clients, and maintaining accurate product records. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general equipment maintenance and planning
- Monitor cleaning equipment and settings for efficiency
- Operate forklifts, grain augers, and other machinery
- Sample grading during processing for quality assurance
- Assist with seed treating and yard cleanup as needed Requirements:
- Prior experience in seed plant or grain handling
- Class 5 Driver's License mandatory; Class 3 or 1 preferred
- Know-how in seed treatment and packaging processes
- Capable of lifting items over 50lbs regularly
