As the Director of DTC Planning & Allocations for North America, you'll oversee the retail and eCommerce strategies while managing merchandise financial planning and inventory.

Your expertise will lead a high-performing team through planning transformations, driving automation, and ensuring alignment with regional business priorities. This hybrid role requires strategic vision and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

- Own DTC planning strategy across North America
- Develop annual and seasonal plans aligned with business goals




- Establish targets for inventory, sales, and profitability
- Drive adoption of o9 enterprise planning platform
- Lead transformation initiatives across planning processes Requirements:
- 10+ years in merchandise/inventory planning
- Proven leadership of multi-level planning teams
- Solid background in demand planning and SAP
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
