The Nurse Practitioner Specialty

Practice (NPSP) Clinical Placement Specialist is responsible for facilitating, coordinating, and supporting the development of clinical placement opportunities for graduate students in the Post-Master’s Certificate in NPSP. The Certificate supports licensed Nurse Practitioners to achieve additional knowledge and clinical practice skills within an area of specialization. Reporting to the Associate Dean, Graduate Studies, the position provides leadership in the operational planning, coordination, and administration of clinical placements and is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare partners, facilitating placement opportunities, supporting placement-related agreements, and developing processes that support the ongoing operation of the graduate clinical placement programs.
