- Job Schedule Full time Position #: V46882 Expected Start Date: February 02, 2026 Union: SUN Facility: Fort Qu'Appelle Primary Health Care City/Town: Fort Qu'Appelle Department: Community Clinics & Programs Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Hours of Work: 10 hour shifts; 6 week rotation Shift Information: days, evenings, weekends, stats Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse Practitioner $52.590 to $62.910 Travel Required: Yes The Primary Health Care Nurse RN (NP) reports to the Director Primary Health Care. In collaboration with the health team, the primary health nurse will provide primary health services to the community.

This includes: health promotion and protection, disease and injury prevention, provision of supportive, instructive, treatment and emergency services; collaboration with and referral to other health care professionals; initiating and participating in community development initiatives and participating in evaluative projects.

Human Resources Exemption: No Experience - Minimum three (3) years’ experience as a Registered Nurse.

- Minimum one (1) year experience in community needs assessment, community development and health promotion.
- Minimum one (1) year nursing experience in a primary health setting preferred.

Education - Certificate in Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or equivalent program (i.e., Registered Nurse – Nurse Practitioner Master’s Program) - Level C, Basic Cardiac Life Support Knowledge and Abilities - Demonstrates responsible decision-making ability through the application of critical thinking - Demonstrates strong communication and public relations skills - Demonstrates leadership and organizational skills - Demonstrates ability to show initiative and self-direction - Demonstrates ability to accept and implement change - Demonstrates empathy,
