Sun Life Financial in Waterloo, ON is seeking a campus graduate to join the On Site Support (OSS) team for a 4-month placement from January to April 2027. You will deploy Windows 11 laptops and desktops and provide post-upgrade support to end users while meeting predefined timelines. Applicants must be enrolled in a university or college program in computer science or IT, with knowledge of Windows 11, PC hardware, networking (TCP/IP, VPN), and Microsoft 365.
