On-Site Service Representative

Salary

$55,000 – $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, plus a comprehensive benefits package and RRSP program.

If you have

Robust general inventory and material-handling skills

Good knowledge of tools, materials, and Tool Crib operations

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures and instructions

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, investigate, and report issues

Familiarity with data entry, inventory transactions

Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems and Microsoft Office applications

Ability to learn and effectively use inventory management and other computer-based systems

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and complete assigned work with minimal supervision

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Positive attitude with strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Ability to respond to customer inquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately





Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, employees, suppliers, and internal teams

Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate information and solutions

Ability to follow up on customer requests, orders, quotes, and issues through resolution

Ability to clearly explain processes, procedures, and inventory information to customers and employees

Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company positively while working at the customer site A typical day may look like this :

Provide on-site customer service addressing customer needs and issues.

Receive, stock, pull, and fulfill customer orders based on department schedules.

Use system functions to locate available inventory and process inventory transactions accurately.

Manage AutoCrib vending machines, including replenishment and basic maintenance and troubleshooting.

Manage various Point-of-Use (POU) stations and ensure materials are available as required.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

High school – Mandatory

Post-secondary education preferred (CEGEP, college diploma, Degree or equivalent). Equivalent combination of education and customer service experience will also be considered.
