Ericsson Canada Inc. is seeking a Field Technician to coordinate, manage, and execute on-site Field Services activities in support of Operations and Engineering.
The role focuses on in-site activities to ensure services meet SLA performance levels while complying with Project OHS requirements. The position involves in office support for Operations with some SIP functions, and requires shift work, overtime and regular 24-hour on-call support.
