This position is ideal for someone who enjoys selling products, interacting with customers, meeting sales targets, and working across both physical retail and online sales channels

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products
- Demonstrate products and promote sales, accessories, and special offers
- Provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
- Process sales and assist with daily retail operations
- Keep the store, sales floor, displays,



and work areas clean and organized
- Assist with merchandising, displays, and inventory
- Manage sales across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, and other marketplaces
- Process and monitor online orders from order placement through fulfillment
- Respond to online customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Create, update, and optimize product listings
- Maintain product listings, pricing, images, descriptions, and inventory

Must-Have Qualifications:

Experience:

- Minimum 2 year of retail, e-commerce or customer service experience (Mobile/CellPhone/Accessories industry is a MUST)
- Strong experience managing online sales channels (Shopify, Amazon, BestBuy, and other e-commerce or marketplace platforms)
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, internet navigation, and use of digital tools to support daily operations.

Eligibility:

- Authorized to work in Canada and reside within the country

Language Skills:

- Proficient in English (additional languages are an asset)

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent

Required to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the store.

Additional Requirements

- Comfortable working in a retail environment, including evenings, Monday to Saturday (Based on Schedule), and holidays
- Comfortable lifting up to 14 kg (30.86 lbs.)
