The Operational

Platform and Software Specialist is responsible for the operating, planning, and continued configuration of software platforms that support business operations at Rocky. This role requires an ability to understand Rocky’s operations with sufficient technical knowledge of software platforms to operate and adjust as required, and manage relationships with third-party suppliers. This position works Monday through Friday in a hybrid capacity from our workshop in Canmore, Alberta, requiring a minimum of three days per week on site.

Management of software platforms to support thebusiness Serve as the primary liaison with system and platformpartners andvendors, overseeing relationships and leading contract negotiations Lead project management forupgrades, feature adds/changes, implementation of current platforms, modules, and/or functionality. Oversee ongoing system administration, setup and maintenance of data flows and integrations Provide coaching, training, and support for software platforms asrequiredto the organization,



including SOP creation Ensurethe accuracy of data within platforms through the implementation and monitoring of controls, both technical and operational Manageappropriate accessto systems through system administrative controls, including account creation and review.
