Take the lead as Operations Manager with the National Diabetes Trust in Canada. This hands-on role focuses on revenue generation through effective team management in our Declutter® Program. In this pivotal management position, you will directly report to the Area Manager, Business Operations.

Your expertise in coaching staff and managing local business streams will be essential to meet and exceed budgeted revenue targets. You will also oversee inventory management and maintain strict fiscal accountability while fostering teamwork within your operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage, direct, and motivate team members to meet revenue goals
- Responsible for hiring, evaluating, and promoting staff
- Ensure accurate inventory management and seasonal reporting




- Maintain all vehicle operation records and documentation
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance operational efficiency Requirements:
- Class 5 license with 5 years driving experience
- University degree or college diploma in Business Administration
- 5-7 years in multi-disciplinary environments
