We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support our core operations and keep our office running smoothly. In this role, you will manage day-to-day office supplies, vendor relationships, and health and safety reporting, while playing a key part in logistics by coordinating seamless travel arrangements.
This role is 100% in-office, based in Toronto, ON.

Office Operations & Logistics: Oversee inventory, order office supplies, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate all travel logistics and accommodations. Maintain health and safety records, assist with compliance reporting, and help enforce workplace safety protocols.
General Administration: Provide cross-departmental support, manage filing systems, and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed. 2+ years of experience in an administrative, office support, or operations role. ~ Comfort with basic bookkeeping, data entry, or expense tracking routines. ~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. ~ Familiarity with grant tracking, expense management tools, or basic HR screening practices is a solid plus. ~ You are tech savvy - you have a natural aptitude for picking up new tools.
