- This role is all about safeguarding revenue, keeping payment accuracy, fixing finance related problems, staying compliant, and making operational processes smoother, while still delivering solid customer service that people actually feel.

Responsibilities

- Fix revenue recognition problems and manage payment allocations, including overpayments and underpayments.
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Delivery teams, so customer transactions stay smooth.
- Reach out to customers to sort out overdue account balances.
- Coordinate finance applications, purchase orders, and funding activities.
- Team up with B2B and B2C Account Managers to improve financial processes.
- Make sure everything follows company policies, financial rules, and industry requirements.

Requirements

- Must have experience in managing stakeholders in a busy finance environment.
- Must carry a minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience.
- Must have experience in Sales, Delivery, Automotive finance, or Operations.
- Experience with collections, outbound customer touch, or contact center work is a plus, even if it was short term.
- You should also be ok to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Having a valid Canadian Class 5, G, or G2 driver's license is required, not optional.
