You will manage the logistics of package handling, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards while mentoring your team of Package Handlers. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, monitoring inbound and outbound freight, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee sorting, scanning, and package processing
- Ensure a hazard-free workplace through safety audits
- Mentor and train warehouse associates on operations
- Conduct quality control on processed freight
- Manage unloading and inventory checks
Requirements:
- Prior experience supervising in a warehouse
- Robust understanding of safety compliance
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
- Ability to perform data entry and manage reporting
- Experience with freight management and logistics
