FedEx Express is seeking a frontline supervisor to support the Safety Above All Culture and lead the day-to-day sort operations and Cargo Handlers within a station. You will guide staff in proper package handling, routing and recovery of service issues while ensuring compliance with FXE policies and regulations.
Additionally, you will mentor teammates through coaching and training, address operational challenges, and drive a culture of safety, quality, and accountability across shifts.
