Role Overview

As a Supervisor at Core Compass, you are the program’s on-site captain — translating big-picture vision into consistent, high-quality practice each day. You lead the planning cycle, coach Levels 1–3 Educators and Direct-Care staff, and partner with the Director to keep every aspect of the program — safety, learning, relationships, compliance — moving steadily toward our shared “true North.” A visible, steady presence for children, families, and colleagues, you model exemplary practice and ensure Core Compass standards are not only met, but exceeded.

Mission

CORE exists to guide every child’s journey toward their true North.

- We care about how others feel — that’s Empathy.
- We grow solid in our bodies, minds, hearts and spirit.
