Parade Organics is looking for an independent self-starter to join our growing team at our Granville Island & Main Street boutiques.

This position involves working in our retail store, helping customers and keeping the shop looking great. We are looking for someone who can do shifts at both our Granville Island and Main street locations. Hours and location are flexible depending on the applicant's needs.

Parade has been a creator of pure and playful organic kids' and women's sleep & loungewear since 2004. We sell wholesale to boutiques across Canada & the US, have a busy online shop, and have 2 retail locations: Granville Island and Main Street.

We are looking for a driven candidate who will:

Have an enthusiastic approach to all you do

Love the boutique workplace, keeping the store clean and visually appealing

Enjoy helping customers to find the perfect items, helping to create a unique and enjoyable shopping experience

Be able to work independently and diligently during quiet periods, and be able to multi-task and work efficiently

- Effectively communicate Parade's business ethos and sensibilities

have an eye for clean, fun design are detail oriented





- enjoy a boutique environment, working independently, and with a small, close team

We are a small, independent brand offering a very friendly and creative environment with great people & flexible hours. This position is for approx 16-20 hrs/week but could be 30+ depending on your needs. We can increase hours over time if this is what you're looking for, or may be perfect for someone who only wants a part time position.
