Position Overview and Responsibilities

PBCN Health Services is seeking motivated and experienced Paramedics (ACP preferred) to fill full-time (or Casual) Paramedic positions in our community health centres in Deschambault Lake and Southend.



The Paramedic will work collaboratively within the interdisciplinary healthcare team and report directly to the Nurse Coordinator. This role is critical in supporting after-hours clinical services, patient assessment, urgent treatment, emergency response and stabilization in a northern remote healthcare setting.

Qualifications and Requirements - Current practicing license in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics

- Valid Class 5 drivers license and ability to meet physical demands
- Ability to speak Cree is an asset
- Ability to work independently in a remote healthcare environment
- Willing to take cultural competence training
- Current Satisfactory Criminal Record Clearance, Vulnerable Sector Check, and Drivers Abstract Compensation & Benefits - Competitive Salary, ranging up to $131,629.68 annually, commensurate with years of experience
