In this rewarding role, you will support children in the YMCA Before & After School Program. You will offer personal care, implement learning activities, and provide inclusive support for all children, including those with special needs. Key Responsibilities: • Provide personal care, including toileting and first aid • Supervise and engage with children in a group setting • Plan and implement play-based learning activities • Communicate professionally with families and staff • Support children's diverse needs and behaviors

Requirements: • Must be 18 years or older • Current First Aid and CPR certification • Availability for split shifts, Monday to Friday • Passion for quality play-based learning • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
