Duties

- Maintain attractive merchandising displays that reflect current trends and brand standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction
- Keep the sales floor organized and stocked, supporting inventory management and product replenishment
- Utilize communication skills to inform customers about promotions, new arrivals, and store policies
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for engaging with people is essential
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math skills are advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and time management are key to balancing multiple tasks efficiently
