Part Time IT Support Associate
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team in
Canada as a Part-Time IT Support Associate. No prior experience is required.
Reporting to the Head of Operations and working closely with our Head Office IT team in
Germany, the successful candidate will provide day-to-day technical support to internal users and assist with routine IT operations to help ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our technology environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with a keen interest in technology and user support. This position offers an excellent opportunity for current IT students to gain valuable hands-on experience in IT support within a professional corporate environment while developing practical technical, troubleshooting, and customer support skills.

Friday, 8:30a.m. to 5:00p.m.

Key Responsibilities
IT Support & User Assistance
Provide first-level IT support to employees for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
Troubleshoot issues relating to Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, and other workplace technologies.
Assist users with account access, password resets, and basic system navigation.
Log, track, and follow up on support requests to ensure timely resolution.
Escalate complex issues to Head Office IT as required.
Assist with user onboarding and offboarding activities, including account setup and access changes.
Support software installations, updates, and standard device configurations.
Assist with testing and validation during system upgrades and enhancements.
Help maintain IT asset inventory and equipment records.
Maintain accurate IT support documentation, procedures, and user guides.
Assist in creating end-user support materials and basic training resources.
Support adherence to established IT, data,
and security procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve support processes and enhance the user experience.
Your Profile (Skills, Qualifications & Experience)
- Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous IT support experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong interest in technology, troubleshooting, and customer support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with computer hardware, printers, and common desktop applications.
- Exposure to IT ticketing systems is an asset.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-service oriented with a willingness to assist and support others.
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
