- Provide direct patient care and medication administration
- Complete clinical assessments; document changes accurately

- Facilitate resident and family education about care
- Coordinate nursing assignments to improve service efficiency Requirements:
- Current LPN registration in Alberta
- Experience in gerontology and long-term care preferred
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
