SNS Capital Management is a local company managing 100 units in 15 houses in the Brampton / Etobicoke area. We are looking for a reliable, experienced Part-Time Property Manager to bring peace of mind and keep operations smooth on behalf of the Landlord. This position is perfect for someone with a current full time property management position looking to supplement their income while fulfilling their passion for profitability, administrative excellence, and property oversight who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Manage tenant relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive communication through phone, email, and in person.
- Oversee property maintenance schedules, coordinate repairs, and ensure all facilities are kept in excellent condition.
- Setup and Utilize Yardi/Doorloop property management software to perform data entry, rent collection, lease administration, and reporting tasks accurately.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety standards and identify maintenance needs.
- Handle administrative duties such as filing documents, updating records, and managing correspondence efficiently.
- Assist in marketing vacant units through sales techniques and customer relationship management strategies to attract prospective tenants.
- Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and other contractual arrangements with tenants or vendors to maximize value for the property owner.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years experience in property management role within rental tenanted properties ((small houses or rooming portfolio preferred))




- Strong proficiency with Yardi or similar property management software is highly desirable.
- Office experience combined with excellent organizational skills for data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Demonstrated ability in sales, negotiation, and Landlord Tenant Board to foster positive but firm tenant relationships.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries professionally.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license + own vehicle [mandatory for this posOrion]
- Strong communication, can handle conflicts calmly and resolve before escalation to LTB or City inspectors
- 2 references from previous landlords/owners

Bonus Structure - Measured Monthly:

- $100/mo - Zero Vacancy Bonus: 0% vacancy
- $100/mo - Rent Collection Bonus: 100% rent by 5th
- $100/mo - Preventive Care Bonus: All inspections + logs on time
- Total Bonus: $300/mo extra
