We are seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure quality control, and provide guidance to our cleaning staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with company standards
- Train new employees and provide ongoing support
- Address any client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in janitorial or caretaker services
- Robust organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule and availability for part-time hours
