Requirements
- 1+ year in an Automotive Parts environment
- Previous experience with Toyota parts or in a body shop setting is an asset
- Automotive proficiency with a high level of understanding of vehicle components, specifically related to auto body repair
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt in a very high volume and fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, independent, process driven and a team player with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail when identifying collision repair parts, including trim-specific components, clips, fasteners, and one-time-use items
- Ability to read and interpret collision repair estimates, parts lists, and repair documentation is an asset
- Comfortable communicating with vendors, estimators, technicians, and internal departments to follow up on parts status, availability, and accuracy
- Knowledge of CDK Drive, iMEX, Mitchell Connect, CollisionLink, PartsBridge, Toyota OEM parts catalogues, and aftermarket supplier websites is an asset
- Valid British Columbia driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
