- Import, balance, and transmit biweekly payroll for 1000+ multi-province employees
- Calculate overtime and statutory holiday pay based on provincial legislation
- Review employee timesheets on a weekly basis
- Process recent hires, terminations, status changes, and leaves
- Handle compensation, RRSP, TFSA, and banking changes
- Prepare and submit ROEs
- Enter, reconcile, and import expenses
- Answer payroll-related inquiries
- Process payroll and ensure compliance for the Canadian division
Requirements
- Experience with a payroll volume of 500 employees
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Payroll
- Completion of PCP designation is an asset
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritization
- Ability to solve problems independently and collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & French
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with SAP or ADP GlobalView is a plus
- Knowledge of Employment Standards, CNESST and general HR policies
